SeriesEVANGELISE PLUS - WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP VIDEO SERIES

On International Women’s Day 2024, the NCE launched a new video series on Women’s Leadership. The series features five Australian senior female leaders offering their perspectives on key questions about leadership.

  • How would you define leadership?
  • What are the key attributes for good leadership?
  • How does your Catholic faith guide you as a leader?
  • How do you deal with challenges?
  • What gifts do women bring to leadership?

The videos were used as a stimulus for a very lively discussion by the Fellowship members. The videos can be accessed by the public for free on Evangelise Plus.

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY 2024

To celebrate International Women’s Day, members of the Fellowship and alumni were guests of the Australian Catholic University at Mary MacKillop Place, North Sydney. Sr Allesandra Smirelli, Secretary of the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development spoke via video from Rome on the theme, ‘Count her in: Women’s economic empowerment’.

This was followed by a panel discussion which included Fellowship alumni Natalia Teguhputri, co-founder of the Waterjars Movement and member of the Economy of Francesco.
